We take on a small number of projects each year. We draw by hand, visit the site often, and stay involved through the last coat of paint. Slow is a feature, not a bug.
Process
Four phases, one year, on average.

Discovery
Site visits, sketchbooks, and a written brief before anything is drawn.

Schematic
Hand-drawn plans and models. We revise until the concept is right.

Documentation
Construction drawings, material specs, and permit coordination.
04
Build
Weekly site visits through the last coat of paint and final walkthrough.
